User Research
According to the results of my survey, there were various types of users with different requirements. The insights and common patterns that came from the user’s responses allowed me to create personas, which are the characters who represent that data.
Pain points
These are common topics that have come up in meaningful insights. Hence, I think these points are important.
Dealing with the carpenters.
Dealing with the carpenters is a very tedious part.
Explaining ideas to carpenters
Lots of people are not very good at explaining concepts to carpenters.
Trip to various stores
Didn't get the chance to visit various stores.
Wastage of Time
Too much time spent on buying furniture from marts.

To outline all the necessary functionality, I created a simple flow diagram of the main tasks the user can do. The following flow is shown below.
Digital wireframes
While creating digital wireframes, my main aim was to focus on the content and usability of the app screen and then the design.
Usability study
To test the ease of navigation by observing how users move through the app while following task prompts.
Methodology
Usability tests were done via Gmeet. I wrote a script and a protocol for the testing process and asked user to perform certain tasks, identify clickable parts of the prototype and give observation and feedback.
Demographics
A total of 5 participants are age group of 18 and 45 people who monthly visits. Two males, three females, One participant is a person with a visual impairment.
Style Guide
A style guide is a document that contains design guidelines for each repeatedly used design element, such as visual identity elements, icons, and interface components.
Mockups
UI design is the process of creating the visual elements of an application. I strive to keep things simple and trendy for the ThunderNFT screen. So users will easily locate the information needed.
Takeaways
Here are Two of my key takeaways
Always focus on the real needs
I learned that even small design changes can have a huge impact on the user experience.
The most important takeaway for me is to always focus on the real needs of the user when coming up with ideas and solutions
Documentation
The process of documentation is one of the ingredients for success. Sometimes we might miss something in a conversation that could be the key to a better product solution.
Thanks for taking the time to read my case study!
